The free 30-day kindness challenge

Put good out.
Get good back.

Take every chance you get to be kind, all day. Each night, write down anything that came back: a thank-you, a favour, a better day.

The journal app is free too, with no subscription. We make clothes, but you don't need them to take part.

Take every chance you get.

We call it karma farming. For 30 days, look for chances to be kind all day, at home, at work and out in the street. Take as many as you can.

  1. Take every chance. Carry the pram. Walk the trolleys back. Grab a corner of the sheet.
  2. Log it tonight. Two minutes: what you did, and anything that came back.
  3. Read it back on day 30. That's where you see what all that karma farming added up to.

Do it for the people you help. Studies have found that doing kind things also tends to lift your own mood a little, and people who receive kindness are more likely to pass it on. What we've seen

Karma Overload.

Hands writing in a notebook with a grid of thirty boxes, ten ticked, beside a flat white.

Karma Overload is what the 30 days are for: doing so much good, so often, that it starts coming back faster than you can write it down.

There are ordinary reasons kindness can come back. People remember who helps, they pass it on, and you start noticing more. We can't promise it'll happen, or when. The free journal app is how you'll find out: it keeps track of what you did and what came back, and shows your 30 days at a glance. It stays private unless you choose to share a story.

The first run: tees and hoodies with Karma Farmer printed across the chest, and a K on the cap. When someone asks what Karma Farmer means, you'll have the answer: put good out, get good back.

Your stories go up here.

When someone chooses to share a moment from their 30 days, it goes on the wall. Until then the wall stays empty.

Stories are checked before they appear, and you can take yours down any time.
